According to one of the many etymological explanations, its name is derived from the word <strong>\u2018ljubljena\u2019<\/strong>, meaning <strong>\u2018loved\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p><p>While walking through the Old Town, we will cross the Triple Bridge and see the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation located on the Pre\u0161eren Square. The name of the square comes from France Pre\u0161eren, Slovenia\u2019s greatest poet, whose monument stands at the centre of the square. Pre\u0161eren\u2019s Zdravljica is the Slovenian national anthem.
