We spent the first afternoon in a relaxed atmosphere. After some free time, the contestants headed to Celje Castle, whose origins date back to the first half of the 12th century. The castle was once home to the Counts of Celje, the most influential noble dynasty in Slovenian history. The contestants also heard the passionate yet tragic love story of Frederick II of Celje and Veronika of Desenice.<\/p>\n
The evening was dedicated to the final preparations for tomorrow\u2019s individual competition.<\/p>\n
