Participant registration for MEMO 2026 ends on 15 June 2026. 

Applications for observers and requests for single rooms must be submitted by 15 June 2026.

Payment of participation fees must be made by 30 June 2026.

The deadline for submitting problem proposals is 5 July 2026.
